I was lucky enough to gain three years experience in the field of video production in Cypress Bay High School's, National Award-Winning, television production program. Through the span of six different classes in this program I learned the basics of production, became an Adobe Premiere Pro Certified Associate, attended several state/national conventions and competitions where I competed in a variety of Television Production contests and in late 2014 I and three other teammates placed fifth in the nation for Student Television Network's Fall National Multimedia Website-Design contest. The basis of this program is journalism through the years I was able to gain experience in film-making when working on short-films with friends for proposes of projects or film-festivals. In my final year in the program I held the role of color commentator for our live productions of the school's sporting events. As well I became quite familiarly with Adobe's Photoshop while making graphics for our live productions and I have become comfortable with the software. I have a passion for sports and have worked to jobs involving sports both as videographers, filming football games for South Florida Sports Network and filming basketball for my school's varsity team. I anchored the sports section several times for our school's once a month cable broadcast called CBTV Weston. I would not say that I specialize in one thing because I have tried to maintain experience in all aspects of production. This has given me versatility in my work and allows me to jump from one project to another that is on a whole different spectrum. On top of everything I take pride in my work, pay attention to details and most importantly I love creating content.
